Team Rosters: How to

Team access via Sport Signup

You need your Sports Signup ID to register as a manager. Your ID will be your email address. If you have forgotten your ID or are not sure if you created one previously, contact us at and we’ll look it up for you. If you have forgotten your password, enter your ID (email) and click on “Reset Password” on the registration screen. Note : contact us if you want to create an ID (email) for yourself that is different from the ones used to register your child if desired (e.g., spouses email used for kids registration).  The system won't allow you to create a duplicate account (same home address, etc) but we can do on our end.

Register yourself as a Manager (or Coach) :

  1. Login to your account
  2. Select yourself and register as a Manager (or Coach) for the appropriate division.
  3. Complete registration and checkout / place order (there is no fee).
  4. We will assign you to the appropriate team at which point you'll be able to access your roster, etc.

Access your team :

  1. Login to your account
  2. At the top of the page under Teams you will see the team(s) you can access.  If you do not see this we still need to assign you to a team.  contact us at
  3. Click on the team you would like to view.
  4. On the right side there are links to View Roster, Print Roster, Email the team, etc.  Under the Print Roster option,  the CoachRoster has all the contact info, emergency contacts medical info, etc for each player.
